The Director is responsible for program planning, policy development, fiscal oversight, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position oversees case management, enforcement, collections, and customer service while fostering partnerships with courts, agencies, and community organizations to promote the financial and emotional well-being of children.

Maintenance Position Job Posting:

Position Title: Part-Time Maintenance Worker

Department: [Facilities / Public Works]

Harrison County is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep of county buildings and grounds. This position performs basic repairs, groundskeeping, custodial work, and supports county operations as needed.

Responsibilities include:

•    General building and equipment maintenance

•    Grounds care, mowing, and snow/ice removal

•    Cleaning and trash removal

•    Assisting with moving and setting up furniture and equipment

•    Operating maintenance tools and equipment safely

Qualifications:

•    High school diploma or GED required; maintenance experience preferred

•    Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions

•    Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening
