Deputy Registrar
Clerk of Courts, Christina M. Porter is also a Deputy Registrar for Harrison County. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) and the Title office are located in the same building at 538 N. Main Street Suite D, Cadiz, Ohio 43907 for a "One Stop Shop" experience.
The Office's 5 Deputy Registrars are cross trained to complete Auto/Title work and BMV work to provide a more streamlined convenient experience to the public.
Compliant Driver's License/ID Card:
As of May 7, 2025, the Federal Government will no longer recognize non-compliant driver's license and ID cards as acceptable forms of identification for air travel. A federally compliant driver's license/ID card, passport, or military ID will be required by the TSA to fly within the United States.
*A passport must still be used for air travel outside of the United States.
To obtain a compliant card for the first time, you must provide listed forms of acceptable documentation:
