🎨 2026 Dog Tag Coloring Contest
Calling all young artists in Harrison County! The 2026 Dog Tag Coloring Contest is now open to all students from Pre-K through 12th grade. This is your chance to show off your creativity and celebrate our furry friends!

- Who Can Enter: All Harrison County students, Pre-K to 12th grade
📬 Where to Submit Your Artwork
You can drop off your completed coloring page at either of these locations:
- Harrison County Auditor’s Office 100 West Market Street, Cadiz, OH or
- Harrison County Dog Pound 28900 Toot Road, Cadiz, OH
🏆 Prizes
Three winners will be selected:
- Pre-K to 2nd Grade
- 3rd to 6th Grade
- 7th to 12th Grade
Each winner will receive:
- A free 2026 Harrison County Dog Tag and
- A gift card prize
🎉 All entries will be proudly displayed at the Harrison County Courthouse to highlight the importance of dog licensing in our community.
🐾 Why Dog Licenses Matter
Dog licenses: Help reunite lost pets with their families, Provide vital contact info to the Dog Warden, Support local animal control services
All dogs 3 months or older must be licensed between December 1 and January 31 each year.
💡 Don’t have a dog? No problem! You can still enter by coloring a picture of a friend’s, neighbor’s, or relative’s dog.
